Can I return multiple items in one package?
Yes, if the return items are from the same order, you can return them in a single package for convenience.
What happens if I miss a delivery?
If you’re not home during delivery, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided in your tracking link.
What payment options are available?
We currently accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. More payment methods may be added in the future.
Do you offer preorder or backorder options?
We don’t currently accept preorders or backorders. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s available again.
Can I return an item that was purchased using a promo code?
Yes, as long as the item is not marked “Final Sale,” it can be returned even if purchased with a promo code.
