  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (e.g., hygiene-related items)

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
